Check out the benefits of the ingredients below here
Milk, Honey and Rose Face Mask
This mask is designed for smoothing and soothing the complexion. Great for all skin types, but especially sensitive, dry, dehydrated and lack luster complexions.
Recipe:
1 tsp of milk (Preferably whole milk)
2 tsp of honey
1 tsp Rosewater
Directions:
Saturate a cotton round in the mask and rub liquid on the skin, wait 10-15 minutes, or until dry, rinse and reveal beautiful skin!
Oats, Yogurt and Honey mask
This mask is designed to hydrate, refine and exfoliate your complexion. Great for all skin types but especially dull, dehydrated, oily or inflamed complexions.
Recipe:
2 TBSP of Oats
1 TBSP of Honey
1 TBSP of Yogurt
Directions:
Add all ingredients together to form a paste, spread over skin and leave for 15 minutes. Before rinsing the mask, gently moisten skin and rub softly for a manual exfoliation with the oats! Rinse completely.
I like to add a bit of vanilla extract to this mask as I don’t like the scent of natural yogurt on my face. You could also add other essential oils such as rose, lavender or lemongrass.
